• 在ニュージーランド日本国大使館では、当サイトをご利用される方のプライバシー及び個人情報の重要性を認識し、適切に取り扱い、プライバシーポリシーとして下記のとおり運用いたします。

　At the Embassy of Japan in New Zealand we recognize the importance of privacy and handle the personal information of those who use this website appropriately as set forth below in our privacy policy.

 

• 外部委託業者予約サイト

　当館ではオンライン予約管理にあたり、外部委託業者のウェブサイト及びソフトウェアを利用しております。氏名、連絡先を含む利用者の個人情報は外部委託業者のオンライン予約サイトを通し、当館が収集しております。予約手続きを進められた場合、当館に代わり外部委託業者が予約目的で個人情報を収集することに利用者が同意されたものとみなされます。

　We work with a third-party website and software to manage the appointment system. By proceeding, you agree to the Embassy of Japan in New Zealand collecting your personal information, including name and contact details, via this third party to manage your appointment.

 

• 利用目的/ Purpose of use

　予約手続きを通じて得られた情報は予約及び領事手続き目的にのみに利用、保存されます。

　We will only use and store the information you provided for appointments and consular services.

 

• 情報収集Collecting information

　オンライン予約の際、利用者によって提供されたすべての情報は当館及び関連委託業者、法令に基づく開示要請があった場合の法執行機関によってのみ保存、伝達、共有されます。

　Information you provide while scheduling an appointment online may be stored, transmitted, and shared by us with our affiliated agencies, and any law enforcement authorities where required by law.

 

• 利用及び提供の制限/ Limitations on use

　法令に基づく開示要請があった場合、不正アクセス・脅迫等の違法行為があった場合、その他特別の理由のある場合を除き、収集した情報を予約目的以外の目的のために自ら利用し、または第三者に提供いたしません。ただし、統計的に処理された当サイトのアクセス情報、利用者属性等の情報については公表することがあります。

　We will not use or share information you provided with any third-party for purposes other than appointment management and consular services, unless;

  ・Disclosure is required by law

  ・Illegal activity is detected such as unauthorized access and threats

  ・Other special cases where disclosure is necessary

  We may, however, make some statistical information public such as user attributes.

 

• 安全確保の措置/ Security Measure

  当館は収集した情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止のため、またその他収集した情報の適切な管理のために、SSLプロトコルの利用を含む、必要な措置を講じます。

  We take every necessary measure including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect any information we collect from leak, loss or destruction.

 

• 個人情報の開示/ Disclosure of personal information

  法令に基づく開示請求があった場合を除き、オンライン予約による個人情報の開示請求には応じられません。

  We will not disclose any personal information we collect from the appointment system, unless required by law.

 

• 免責/ Disclaimer

  当館は予約サイトを通じて収集された個人情報の保護には最善を尽くしておりますが、データ保護やセキュリティ対策において、絶対に安全とは言い切 れません。そのため、セキュリティ対策に万全を期しておりますが、収集された情報の 安全性のついては、特にインターネットを通じた通信が係ることもあり、保証できかねます。また、いかなる場合においても、当館ウェブサイトまたはオンライン予約サイト、さらにそのサイトを使用することに起因して発生する直接的、間接的損害、または付随的、結果的損害（逸失利益、ビジネスの中断、システムプログラムおよび情報の損失を含むがこれに限らない）に対して、一切の責任は負えません。

  We handle your personal information with utmost care.  However, no data protection or security measures are completely secure. Despite all the measures we have put in place, we cannot guarantee the security of your information, particularly over the internet. In no event will the Embassy of Japan in New Zealand be liable for damages of any kind, including, but not limited to;

  ・directly or indirectly caused damages,

  incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption and loss of programs or information) arising from the use of its website or the appointment system, or any information provided on these websites.
